Responsive staff, the hotel is immaculately clean and location comfortable and perfect. Their breakfast option with a coffee machine and croissants and synthetic orange juice is great, put others we have been to shame!

Very far from the center, the room is much smaller than it's declared.

It's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel as good as the Tre Archi in Venice. They gave us a room located on the ground floor but at the end of a corridor and without rooms above it, so the silence at night, I value very much, was total. the decoration of the room surprised me, elegant in Venetian style but without looking stale, in fact it seemed to have been decorated not long ago, with a beautiful glass lamp on the ceiling. room is very spacious and comfortable, bed and pillows are very comfortable, lighting is very welcoming, it has a fridge that is very useful and bathroom is spacious and also very new with a wonderful waterproof shower. breakfast was common but enough with good juice and pastries of the day. Anyway, I had been in Venice more times and I was a little bit worried because of bad experiences but I liked this hotel very much. Besides, it is very central and you can reach it by taking a beautiful walk along one of the main canals. with a more than adjusted price. hotel delight.

To say the least, it seemed to me that the light in the breakfast room didn't go out all night and room was close by, although the truth is that the curtain didn't bother the light but it seemed a bit of a waste of energy.

Stayed there for one night - nice hotel, liked the view and location was good - fair walking distance from major routes to main places of interest. Price for the night we stayed was good (probably it was a special offer), but tried to book extra nights (our plans had changed) - it happend to be quite expensive - so we moved to a different hotel.

    Value for money and location.

hotel leaves me with mixed feelings. It has everything to be a spectacular hotel for several things (location, value for money) but in all aspects it lacks something to leave you with a good taste in your mouth. entrance and exit, good and fast. main building does not have an elevator, so you have to walk up one, two or three floors (bad thing). room is clean and reminds us of Casanova's times, furniture makes the room unworthy. It wants to remind you of that period feeling, it is old and chipped. bathroom is also clean. Without luxuries, it needs renovation. It has an (old) bathtub, not a shower. breakfast is scarce, good. No variety. Every day the same (no hot and no toaster). As I said, feeling when I left has not been bad but when you think about it in detail you think that everything can get a little better. Otherwise the perfect location, with a vaporetto stop at the door of the hotel.

The location was very good for us, as it was close to the train station and that saved us a taxi. Also close by is Rio Tera S. Leonardo Street, which is full of shops selling souvenirs, food, clothes and more. Right in front of the hotel is a vaporetto station, making it accessible to the farthest parts of the island, such as San Marcos. The reception, although not warm from the employee on duty, was efficient and quick; outside of that employee, all the other people attended to us in a very friendly way. The breakfast is excellent: varied, of good quality and very good taste. The garden is very pleasant to spend an afternoon (in spring or summer) chatting with the family. The rooms are remodeled and well maintained; they have television and a frigobar.

The rooms are small; in the quintuple one can hardly pass between the beds, and if you add to that the suitcases, well even more uncomfortable. The wallpaper that covers the walls, although you can't see that it's very old or battered, could be unhygienic.

    central location
    maintenance issues

The location was quite central, making it easy to

Explore Venice. The room we were given had some maintenance issues, like a non-working mini fridge and a bathroom that was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It provided a decent stay given the price.

The Hotel is well located, close to Santa Lucia Train Station but far enough away from the bustle of Venice to be quiet, especially at night. The back garden is a good retreat in summer for reading and relaxation.

The room was rather cramped and the breakfast might have included a little more variety and imagination. Wireless internet service should be included in the price, or, at least, be easier to access.

    cozy terrace

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely canal view room that gave us a calming atmosphere to enjoy our mornings. The breakfast spread was decent, and I particularly enjoyed fresh pastries. The cozy little terrace was a good surprise, perfect for soaking in the view.

The hotel is kind of cozy and located near the market. Its design is favorable, and somehow relaxing. The rate included breakfast for all four of us, which offered even more value for money, and the breakfast itself was not bad at all.

The advertised amenities where not accurate at all, Booking website mentioned a balcony, while there where windows in reality. The electronics where more of a display pieces; neither the TV nor the AC worked.
